Turn by the cemetery and drive almost to the dead end. Never had directions like that to find a butcher shop before. Absolutely worth the trip! We bought an anniversary ribeye that was spectacular! Called ahead and they cut it and had it waiting when we walked in the door. Let it approach room temp on the counter. Lightly coated with steak seasoning (Borsari). Smoked at 250f on the BGE with pecan to an internal temperature of 115f. Seared immediately at 650f for 60-seconds per side. After a 10-minute rest we cut into one of the very best steaks I've ever made! Small place! Of note: you won't be building a whole meal here, just buy the protein and move on.
